Palestinian freelance photographer killed by Israeli warplanes

Amal Zohud, a 28-year-old Palestinian freelance photographer, was killed on November 18, 2023, when Israeli warplanes bombed her family home in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, killing her and nine other family members, according to the Beirut-based press freedom group SKeyes and reports by the Palestinian official news agency WAFA and other news outlets.
