Lebanese TV journalist killed in Israeli airstrike

Journalist Hadi Al-Sayed, who worked for the Lebanese TV channel Al Mayadeen, succumbed to his injuries on 23 September after his home in southern Lebanon was hit by an Israeli airstrike, in the deadliest day for the country since 2006. Al-Sayed is the fourth journalist to be killed by Israel in Lebanon since the war in Gaza, Palestine started on 7 October 2023.
