Dhia Najim, freelance cameramen for the news agency Reuters, died on assignement in the Iraqi City of Ramadi while filming heavy clashes in a gunbattle between Marines and insurgents.
The cameraman was at first half-hidden by a wall and move into the open when he was hit by a single bullet in the back of the neck that killed him instantly. Najim, born in 1957, leave a wife, three daughters and a son.
