Beating
Ravi, a 22-year-old freelance photographer, died after he was allegedly assaulted by unidentified assailants near Sector 25, Chandigarh, on 23 September.
Ravi had gone for an assignment in Sector 41, Chandigarh. “His parents said he returned home around 5 am on Tuesday, bleeding profusely,”. Ravi was rushed to a private clinic, from where he was shifted to Government Multi Specialty Hospital in Sector 16, Chandigarh, where he succumbed to his injuries around 2 pm.
