Beating
A group that opposes the mayor attacked the city’s municipal building on March 27.
The mob then moved onto the municipal radio station where they sacked the station and beat Carlos Quispe severely. He later died from his wounds in a hospital in La Paz. Carlos Quispe was a journalist working for Radio Municipal in the city of Pucarani, about 40 kilometres west of La Paz, Bolivia.
