Gerardo 'Gerry' Ortega

Dr Gerry Ortega was shot dead in Puerto Princesa City, in the eastern island province of Palawan.
Dr Ortega, a veterinarian who anchored a radio programme for DWAR Palawan, had been receiving death threats for over a year, according to reports.
Local media suggested the suspect was caught shortly after the killing of the radio broadcaster, but he was not immediately identified.
