'No Woman's Land' available on iBooks Store

The International News Safety Institute's ground-breaking publication, 'No Woman's Land: On the Frontlines with Female Reporters' is now available to download on iBooks Store. Forty women journalists from more than a dozen countries, including renowned CBS correspondent Lara Logan, have written of their amazing experiences. Other contributors include the BBC's Lyse Doucet and Caroline Wyatt, CNN's Hala Gorani, Fox News's Jennifer Griffin, Al Jazeera's Zeina Awad and the former Egyptian state TV anchor Shahira Amin. They describe the risks, the challenges and the emotional and physical impact on their lives.

Triggered by the shocking assault on Lara Logan in Egypt in 2011, the book highlights the unique safety concerns faced by newswomen. As well as telling the revealing stories of brave women journalists the book contains safety advice and guidance for men and women in the media who often risk their lives to bring us the news.
